Bonaventure is an Independent Consultant with over 20 years of experience in public health and humanitarian leadership. He has a PhD in Public Health, a Master's degree in Humanitarian Leadership, and a General Medicine degree, as well as multiple certifications. He provides strategic and technical guidance to organizations working in complex and challenging contexts, such as conflict, violence, and displacement.
Before becoming an Independent Consultant, Bonaventure worked for international organizations for over 18 years mainly the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), where he held various roles in health management, coordination, and policy development. His last role was the ICRC Head of Health Sector for Africa, where he oversaw health programs and activities in 18 countries, ensuring a coherent and effective health programming to respond to health needs of specific populations such as refugees, internally displaced people and host communities, detainees, physically disabled etc. He also represented ICRC as a key health specialist at national and international fora, fostering partnerships and advocacy with relevant stakeholders.

Valérie is a dynamic and committed global health professional with over 25 years' humanitarian experience with organisations such as the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF).
Her expertise in nutrition, particularly during crises, covers the prevention and treatment of malnutrition, emergency food aid and the economic resilience of populations. Passionate about the environment and the challenges of climate change, Valérie places food safety at the heart of Planetary Health and One Health approaches, by linking it with the health of living organisms.
Valérie is recognised for her training engineering skills and her expertise in the management of healthcare structures, particularly in the design and management of human, material and financial resources to guarantee quality services.
Her experience in evaluating healthcare projects enables her to analyse local needs and programmes in order to propose and implement effective initiatives to improve community health.
More recently, she has been organising scientific conferences on global health, drawing on her network in Geneva and her organisational skills.
Valérie is a nurse by training, specialising in development (BIOFORCE), with a Master’s in Public Health (LSHTM) and in Management (Geneva Management School).

Philippe has dedicated his career to implementing and evaluating health interventions in low—and middle-income countries and humanitarian settings.
After obtaining his master's degree in epidemiology, Philippe worked for six years for Epicentre (based in Geneva), providing epi support to the various MSF sections. Starting in 2005, Philippe worked for eight years in Southeast Asia for Institut Pasteur in Cambodia and then at REDI Center in Singapore, driving operational research projects on dengue, respiratory infections, and infection control.
In 2013, Philippe joined MSF in Geneva as Head of the Innovation Unit, designing new approaches for diagnosing and treating Non-Communicable Diseases and implementing simplified digital technologies to manage febrile illnesses in emergency settings. More recently, Philippe has worked for Agence de Médecine Préventive (implementing novel strategies for dengue and cholera immunisation) and WHO (antimicrobial resistance surveillance).
Philippe is a passionate educator and mentor with over 25 years of experience developing public health and epidemiology.

Medical doctor with a speciality in public health, working for 18 years in humanitarian medical organizations, Eric Comte, was acting as the medical director for MSF (Doctors Without Borders) in Geneva from 2010 to 2014.
He is currently working for University Geneva Hospital as executive director of the Geneva Health Forum. (https://genevahealthgforum.com).
He is also administrator of ASCRES (Association de Soutien des Centres de Recherches, d'Enseignements et de Soins). ASCRES is the main partner in Europe of CIRES, a medical NGO located in Cameroon that develops projects in partnership with local and international organisations. The main focus are Wound care, Buruli Ulcer, snake bit and gynaecological consultations (Female genital Schistosomiasis and cervical cancer).

Dr Anne Golaz obtained her Medical Doctor degree and Doctorate in Medicine at the University of Geneva, and a MPH at the University of Washington. She’s Board Certified in Public Health and General Preventive Medicine. She has over 20 years of field experience in humanitarian work and graduate and post-graduate education in public health. She’s worked as a medical epidemiologist for the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; as a senior advisor for UNICEF Regional Office for South Asia in Kathmandu and Geneva Office, and for WHO HQ and Regional Offices in Cairo and New Dehli.

Hydra González Gutiérrez is a seasoned humanitarian specialist with over a decade of experience in public health, sexual reproductive health, and nutrition in diverse settings.
Starting as a Social Worker and advancing to a Registered Nurse, she has taken on key technical, coordination, and advisory roles globally. Her multiple master’s degrees in Public Health, International Cooperation, and Emergency Trauma have equipped her to manage projects with various INGOs across the Middle East, Africa, East Europe, and South America.
Hydra excels in managing donor contracts, developing policies, and creating essential health and cooperation documents. She has extensive experience in data management, including the collection, analysis, and evaluation of data, meeting the highest standards of quality and accountability.
As a lecturer, Hydra creates training programs on Public Health, Emergency Preparedness and Risk Reduction, Prevention of gender-based violence.
Her dedication to excellence and her ability to navigate complex health challenges ensure that she remains a trusted advisor and leader in the field of health consulting.

PhD, MPhil, MScHealth economist
Maite is a health and development economist, with 25 years of international experience working in health policies, particularly in low-income countries. She has worked for a variety of organizations including the United Nations (UNICEF, UNFPA, WHO, UNRISD, CHGA), Universities and international NGOs across countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America and Oceania. SheI has conducted and been involved in multiple research and evaluation projects within the public health field using quantitative and qualitative methods of inquiry, including; costing and evaluation of surveillance models for vaccine preventable diseases; public market assessments of vaccine candidates; sexual and reproductive health of adolescents and young women; analysis of public health expenditures, HIV/AIDS budgets, and performance of primary health care services.
She has taught university courses and conducted professional trainings on Health Economics and Global Health and Wellbeing.
She works in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French.

Founder and Executive Director of the Health Diplomacy Alliance, Ms. Urbáez, a former diplomat initiated her public service career in the Ministry of Economy, Planning, and Development, worked as Head of the Department of Administration of Treaties of the Ministry of Agriculture; she later joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and was posted to the Permanent Mission to World Trade Organization, Commercial Office in Hong Kong, and the Permanent Mission to the United Nations in Geneva, her last appointment was in the Embassy to the Swiss Confederation.
She has been involved in several negotiations and public policy design for various multilateral processes, with a specific focus on global health, human rights, and humanitarian issues. Designated as focal point for several national commissions such as the Sanitary and Phytosanitary, the Safeguards, Antidumping and Countervailing Measures, as well as chairing the 2016 Community of Latin American and the Caribbean States Presidency in Geneva and coordinated Executive Board Membership to the World Health Organization.
Ms. Urbáez holds a B.A. in Economics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre & Maestra (PUCMM), a MSc in International Strategy and Diplomacy from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and studies in international business, project management and political economy. She is a 2011 United Nations Disarmament Fellow, former Executive-In-Residence Fellow of the Geneva Centre of Security Policy (GCSP), and holds a Public Leadership Credential from Harvard Kennedy School.

Veronique is a Global Health and Humanitarian Expert with over twenty years of experience in the field of emergency humanitarian medical assistance. Her career has taken her from Afghanistan in 2001 to Egypt in 2024 and has include a wide variety of crisis contexts in Africa, the Middle East and recently Europe, with MSF but also the ICRC, the WHO and other major actors of humanitarian medical aid. Throughout the past two decades, she gained comprehensive skill set and a deep understanding of health systems, particularly in fragile states. Veronique has been at the heart of many of the active conflicts of those twenty last years, as well as of the major outbreaks that took recently place.
Her roles have included developing global health country strategies, identifying funding opportunities, and crafting project proposals.

She also designed and deliver training package on emergency situations, prone to outbreak diseases such as cholera, meningitis, EVD and Covid 19 for Ministry of health employee and humanitarian workers.
